Artist Website

A contemporary indigenous watercolour artist known for his engaging streetscapes. Rising star Rod Gardner's watercolours are drawing national and international attention.

I built the site in React and used Tailwind components and CSS.

The brief was clean, professional and responsive. The main outcomes were to showcase a small range of recent work, provide information about the artist and ways to reach him and purchase work (via representing galleries).

In place of a typography, I created a vector logo for Rod based on his beautiful signature.

Though this was a very simple project it was special for me, in that the artist agreed to trade for unframed work to the agreed value.
